South Africa - Africa’s most developed economy - stands on the brink of disaster as the effects of ten years of misrule by Jacob Zuma sets in. The national energy company has imposed scheduled power outages to stave off a national black out, while the South African army has also been drafted in to save crumbling water infrastructure.
