North Korea is willing to hold denuclearization talks with the US and will suspend nuclear tests while those talks are under way, South Korea said after its delegation, headed by Chung Eui-yong, returned from Pyongyang. Pyongyang expressed willingness to give up its nuclear weapons in exchange for security guarantees.
