South Sudan's hunger crisis

Since 2013, a bloody civil war has been raging in South Sudan. After the country gained independence after a decade-long struggle, a power vacuum plunged the new state into chaos. Civilians continue to suffer. Many are starving and more than one-million children are malnourished while many areas remain inaccessible.
