spain arrests convicted child molester mistakenly pardonned in Morocco

Spain has arrested Daniel Galvan, a Spanish man convicted in Morocco of molesting 11 children. Galvan was pardoned last week by Morocco's King Mohammed VI. The Royal Palace says it was a mistake. The case has led to widespread protests in Morocco.
