Portugal's Álvaro Siza has won nearly every renowned prize in the field of architecture. He's widely recognized as one of the most important architects of his generation, and his works shape the cityscape of Porto, where he has his home. Now the 79-year-old is to be honored for his life's work at the Architecture Biennale in Venice.
