UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on Thursday that the "use of startvation as a weapon of war is a war crime" following the latest news of aid trucks arriving in the besieged Syrian city of Madaya. Some 400,000 Syrians are believed to be lacking food due to on-going sieges by government forces and rebels.
