Steinmeier marks Nazi invasion of Soviet Union

The attack, code-named Operation Barbarossa began on June 22, 1941 and became the biggest and bloodiest front in World War II. In Berlin, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier opened a special exhibition and paid tribute to millions of Soviet victims.
