Stock markets around the world are cheering the European Central Bank's plan to tackle the Eurozone debt crisis. Shares are higher across the globe. On Thursday, the bank announced its unlimited bond buying plan for eurozone members in turmoil. That sent bond yields for Spain and Italy lower.
