From a state of horror to a state of euphoria. Stocks on Wall Street have lifted off like a rocket in early trading this Friday. The Dow soaring 400 points just after the opening bell. Investors cheering intervention by central banks around the world and by a huge bailout plan in the works by the U-S government.
