"Stop Mass Immigration" - The Swiss vote and its consequences

The result of the referendum to reintroduce restrictions on the numbers of foreigners allowed to live and work in Switzerland is also kindling debate in Germany. While politicians from all parties criticize the Swiss vote, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble sees the result as a signal to German politicians that people are increasingly uneasy about unlimited freedom of movement.
