Currently over one million refugees call Uganda home — more than any other African country. But it costs a lot of money to take care of all of these people and Uganda can't afford it all on its own. DW reporter Edith Kimani heads to Gulu in northern Uganda to speak with locals about what they think of the country's generous refugee policies.
