#An EU summit on foreign policy has been overshadowed by a dispute between France and the EU executive over Paris's controversial deportation of Roma people. On Tuesday EU commissioner Viviane Reding indirectly compared the deportations to the situation in World War Two and questioned their legality - remarks Paris has called unacceptable.
