Stretched to the Limit - Poverty stricken migrants in German cities

Poverty is driving a growing number of people from their Romanian or Bulgarian homeland to Germany. Most of them are Roma. Their number has doubled to 150 thousand in recent years. With little education they are unable to find work here. Now cities like Duisburg are sounding the alarm over the consequences. Increased welfare costs are breaking the bank.
