Eyewitness reports, as well as "trophy" videos taken by fighters of the Sudanese paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, provide a glimpse into the atrocities unfolding in the Darfur city of el-Fasher, where 180,000 civilians remain trapped.

As thousands try to flee the Darfur city of el-Fasher amid brutal RSF attacks, survivors report killings, rape, and starvation. Social media shows mass casualties at a maternity hospital.

The United Nations warns of ethnic violence and urges urgent action. Despite global outcry, foreign powers allegedly fuel the conflict. Over 36,000 have escaped, but 180,000 civilians remain trapped.
