A number of Jeffrey Epstein's accusers have spoken out about the abuse they allegedly suffered at his hands, as they tried to add to the pressure on the Department of Justice to release its files on the convicted sex offender. The women were backed by a bipartisan set of lawmakers, who have appealed to their colleagues to help force a House vote on the files' release.

Outside the US Capitol, survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse demanded transparency, urging lawmakers to release all files tied to the sex-trafficking scandal. The DOJ published 33,000 documents, but most were already public. Pressure mounts on Congress to pass the bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act. Key figures like US President Donald Trump and Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell are under scrutiny.
