Swine flu: infections jump in Germany as holidaymakers bring the virus back home

The number of swine flu cases has surged in Germany. At least two and half thousand people are infected with the H1-N1 virus - a jump of one third from Wednesday. Most new cases were found among Germans returning from holidays in areas where the swine flu virus is prevalent.
