In der zweitgrößten Stadt Syriens Aleppo gingen tausende Menschen aus Protest gegen das Assad-Regime auf die Straße. Nach Angaben der Opposition schossen Regierungstruppen in die Menge der Demonstranten, um die Proteste aufzulösen. Mehrere Menschen seien verletzt worden, berichten Regimegegner. Bei Protesten gegen Präsident Assad sollen landesweit elf Menschen getötet worden sein.
