Syria has pledged to withdraw all its military units from the nation's towns by April 10th to pave the way for a ceasefire with rebels. That's according to international peace envoy Kofi Anna - who briefed the U.N. Security Council on the deadline. Annan has also requested that an observer mission be sent to the country.
