Syrian Refugees in Friedland Transit Camp

The Friedland border transit camp has seen many refugees come and go: expellees from Germany's former eastern regions, returning prisoners of war, and, later, ethnic German immigrants and asylum seekers. Nowadays it's mainly refugees from Syria who have been granted asylum. The camp provides a positive example of refugee policies.
