Tax the wealthy and create more jobs - those were the two main mesages from Barack Obama in his State of the Union address on Tuesday. In his speech before a joint session of congress, the US president railed against the excesses of Wall Street fat cats who he blames for many of the country's financial woes. The speech outlined the themes likely to dominate Obama's reelection campaign in the nun-up to the November ballot.
