All eyes in the European Union are on Ireland, as the country decides whether to support or veto the European Union's draft reform treaty. Ireland's three million registered voters essentially hold the fate of the Lisbon Treaty in their hands as they go to the polls in a referendum. And a No vote could plunge the EU into crisis. But many Irish voters are unsure if the Lisbon Treaty will bring positive changes for their country or diminish their influence in the bloc.
