Tensions flare between North and South Korea after Seoul announces reprisals for the sinking of a warship

South Korea has announced a series of measures to punish North Korea after an investigation found Pyongyang responsible for sinking one of its warships. Among the sanctions is the suspension of trade ties. North Korea denies torpedoing the ship and accuses Seoul of using the incident for political gain prior to June's local elections.
