Despite a ceasefire, tensions remain high along the Cambodia-Thailand border, where both sides accuse each other of violating agreements and occupying disputed territory.
Nearly 150 people were killed and around 300,000 displaced during recent clashes.
Thousands of Cambodians are now living in temporary settlements, unable to return home, while closed border crossings, unemployment and unexploded ammunition continue to strain local communities.
The unresolved conflict is taking a heavy human and economic toll on both countries.
