For Albanian artist Sead Kazanxhiu, Roma culture, history and traditions are an essential part of his artistic installations and performances.

Indeed, they were the inspiration for his installation "Nest" at the world-renowned art exhibition documenta fifteen in 2022.
As a teenager, Sead was reluctant to make his Roma identity known to his fellow students at art school. Today, however, he is proud of his roots and a Roma role model who tirelessly fights for Roma rights.
