Welcome back.... the common European Currency is continuing to rise against the dollar. On Tuesday, the euro reached its highest level since December 2008, with 1euro trading for 1 US Dollar 45 Cents. However, the current exchange rate has less to do with a strong euro, than with a weak greenback. +++SYN-MAZ+++
