The German Statistics Office reports the cost of living has risen to its highest level in 13-years. Annual inflation hit 2.2-percent in December. That's slightly higher than the upper range target set by the European Central Bank. Officials say much of that increase was in energy and food products - especially dairy items. +++SYN-MAZ+++
