As China relaxes lockdown restrictions and Berlin declares Germany's outbreak as now 'manageable,' people are lining up to blame the pandemic on China. German largest tabloid newspaper, Bild, even says China should compensate Germany for the economic hit. Beijing says this attitude stokes xenophobia.
