An investigative report has uncovered what appears to be the biggest tax fraud in European history. A network of banks and investors used a trick known as “cum-ex” to cheat government tax offices out of up to 55 billion euros. Brent Goff spoke to Frederik Richter, who was one of the journalists whose work and research brought this story to light.
