The death toll spirals toward a hundred in multiple bomb attacks in Baghdad, with hundreds more injured

Iraq has seen its highest death toll since American forces pulled out of urban areas in June. Police say a wave of attacks in Baghdad has killed at least 95 people and wounded hundreds more. Explosions outside government offices in the Green Zone alone injured some 400 people.
