The European Commission is planning more stringnent entry requirements for non-citizens traveling to the 27 nation bloc. Justice and Security commissioner, Franco Frattini says a new program is necessary to help fight terrorism, crime and illegal immigration. The Commission is looking at mandatory bio-metric data for visitors - which could take the form of a fingerprint or an iris scan.
