The future of the 130- year- old German porcelain company, Rosenthal, is now looking brighter after months of uncertainty. The firm has been bought for an undisclosed sum by the Italian cutlery maker, Sambonet. Rosenthal plans to maintain all production sites and keep all 12- hundred staff. Rosenthal filed for bankruptcy protection in January. +++SYN+++
