The german parliament's transportation committee has convened a special session to discuss the air conditioning issues affecting the national rail carrier Deutsche Bahn. Earlier this month, more than 50 people needed medical treatment after the air condition on one of the Bahn's high-speed trains shut down in the middle of the biggest heatwave on record. Transport Minister Peter Ramsauer wants to know why. And, why the problem still hasn't been fixed.
