German Gummi-bear maker Haribo is hoping to hear that a court in Cologne agrees with them. They have taken the Swiss chocolate manufacturer Lindt to court claiming that they produce a chocolate “golden bear” that infringes on their copyright of the term. A ruling in the case expected today, however both sides say that the fight won’t stop there.
