Reykjavik's gleaming Harpa

Iceland's premier architectural landmark - the "Harpa" has been open since 2011 in the capital Reykjavik. The concert and opera house is where the Iceland Symphony Orchestra plays under the direction of honorary conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy. The conductor and pianist of Russian descent has been fostering the island country's musical life for decades.
