The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency says Iran will allow IAEA inspectors to visit a newly revealed uranium enrichment site later this month. IAEA Director Mohamed El-Baradei welcomed what he called a "shift in relations" between Iran and the West from "conspiracy" to "cooperation". And he said he believed the standoff over Iran's nuclear programme CAN be solved through diplomacy.
