The Prime Minister of Hungary Ferenz Dyor-chan (Ferenc Gyurcsany) has announced his resignation. He made the statement at a gathering of delegates from his Socialist party on Saturday. He said he was bowing out to make way for leadership capable of easing Hungary's economic woes.
