The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development says that Germany has seen the worst of the economic downturn. But in its latest Economic Outlook released on Thursday, the OECD said workers will pay the price of Germany's recovery. The report says unit labor costs have increased sharply and could prompt companies to layoff more workers. They say unemployment is expected to rise rapidly before stabilizing in two years.
