One of the first challenges Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is facing after resuming office is -- cleaning up the trash in Naples. The southern Italian city has had problems with garbage for years, because local dumps are full. But on Wednesday the new cabinet is set to meet in Naples - and residents hope that might bring results.
