The strike by Germany's dairy farmers is affecting milk deliveries across Europe now. Deliveries in the Netherlands and Switzerland are down 60 percent. Schools, hospitals and nursing homes have begun stocking up. Dairy farmers say they cannot continue working as fuel and fodder prices rise while milk prices decline.
