This year's 25 thousand euro German Book Prize has been awarded to Berlin author Kathrin Schmidt for her autobiographical novel "You're Not Going to Die". The award for best novel written in the German language was announced on the eve of the Frankfurt Book Fair - the world's biggest book fair.
