Germany is known abroad for its excellent beer. That's due to the German Beer Purity Law, which dates from 1516 arguably the world's oldest food quality regulation. Beer can only be brewed using hops, malt, yeast and water. The fourth part of our series "Those Germans", with Gabriela Gleinig!
