Togo leader Gnassingbe gets new role with no term limits

Togo's leader, Faure Gnassingbe, has a newly created title. He's transitioned from president to "President of the Council of Ministers," a position that gives him chief executive powers and allows parliament to reelect him to unlimited six-year terms.
