Donald Trump has reignited the conflict over Greenland, declaring that the United States will act on the territory "whether they like it or not" to prevent Russia or China from gaining influence there. Greenland's leaders firmly rejected any takeover, stressing their independence: "We are Greenlanders." Residents of Nuuk voiced frustration, saying Trump's push feels like "too much" and that Greenland is "not for sale." The dispute highlights sovereignty concerns after centuries of colonial history.
