A Hamburg family died at an Istanbul hotel after toxic pesticide seeped into their room. The case exposes widespread illegal use of aluminum phosphide, which has been linked to previous deaths. Hotel owners are calling for stricter inspections. Yet despite government promises, many doubt real progress will be made.
