Turku in Flinland is one of two cities designated as European Capital of Culture. Turku, however, went through a cataclysm almost 200 years ago in 1827 when much of it burned down in the Great Fire of Turku. To commemorate this there is an "Infernal Musical", and we were there for a rehearsal. We also visit many other places of interest in the Old Town.
