Tom Tykwer's film "True" has won the top prize in the German Short Film Festival in Berlin. Tykwer took home the €30,000 prize for his eleven minute long film about the love between an actress and her blind boyfriend. The short was produced by the Berlin company X Filme Creative Pool. Tykwer became internationally know for his 1999 film "Run Lola Run," starring his then-girlfriend Franka Potente.
