A UN summit on food security has opened in Rome to find ways to tackle global hunger. Aid organisations have complained about the absence of rich countries at the three day event - accusing them of not showing enough interest and urgency in dealing with the issue. The Food and Agriculture Organisation says upto one Bibllion people in the world face hunger and starvation.
