Steven Dring and Richard Ballard are two Brits who have started an agricultural revolution in the London district of Clapham. To reach their crops, they have to go 30 meters underground to a Second World War air raid shelter - beneath the underground tunnel of the Northern Subway Line. They grow arugula, broccoli and radish seedlings under energy-efficient LED lamps in a fertilizer solution.
