United Airlines has found loose bolts on the door plugs of some Boeing 737 MAX 9 planes during inspections. The checks were triggered after a door plug of an Alaska Airlines jet blew out mid-flight last week. Investigators are still trying to determine exactly what happened. The two US carriers grounded the Boeing model after the incident, causing hundreds of flights to be canceled.
