United Nations relief flights have started arriving in Burma. But a planned US aid flight to is not going ahead, the US ambassador to Thailand said Thursday, saying it was not clear if there had been a mix-up or if the junta had withdrawn permission. International officials in Burma says the death toll from Cyclone Nargis is likely to be close to 100,000, with hundreds of thousands more survivors badly in need of help.
